The user has to simply follow 3 simple steps:

1. Right-click the file he/she would like to encrypt and send with means of encrypted email.
2. Choose the nCrypt Pro => encrypt an email to…
3. Choose and click on the name of the receiving person (which have shared his public key with the user)
The file will be automatically encrypted, the default email program will be opened with the email address of the receiving person on the destination line, and the attached file or document encrypted on the attachment location.
