| Can I call, send email and communicate with my Contacts directly from the Contact Management interface?

 | Yes. You do not have to start your outlook first in order to send email. Just click the mail icon in the relevant tab, and the outlook session will be opened automatically. Likewise, just clicking the Skype icon next to the Skype name of your relevant contact will open the Skype session and call the relevant Skype account.
