n-Tegrity VoIP specific

When I logged-in to my VoIP provider via the n-tegrity VoIP, I got a message of time error or timeout. Why?
This error message can occur if you have finished your Credit at your VoIP provider. So, the softphone is trying to connect using your Credentials, but gets an error message from the server of the VoIP provider
